Order Delivery

The operator will communicate to you by phone, or to the email address you provided when registering on the site, the final value of the ordered products that are in stock, as well as the shipping cost and the time required for delivery.
Only now, after your acceptance of the price and delivery time, will the order be shipped. You will make the agreed payment to the courier who issues the transport receipt as well as the receipt for collecting the order value, with the invoice for the ordered products being in the package. Any discrepancy, defect or shortage found must be reported at the time of receiving the goods, by phone or in writing to one of the numbers or email addresses above.
Return Conditions for One or More Products
Except for food products that cannot be returned (see the Terms and Conditions section at the bottom of the site pages), you can change your mind about other products and without having the obligation to justify your desire to return, you must communicate the return decision in writing, to the contact address or by email, only within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receiving the goods, respecting all the conditions mentioned on the site.
