Thus, modern science affirms that through regular consumption, as a 4-6 week cure, the human body can metabolize a good part of the excess fats in the body, the cure being able to strengthen the immune system, normalize blood pressure, help in the case of type 2 diabetes, because chlorogenic acid increases glucose absorption, lowering blood sugar, prevents sugar absorption by directing it to burning (and not to storage with fats), prevents hypertension, inhibits bad cholesterol production, increases mental concentration capacity, ultimately bringing countless other benefits to our body.

Another loss that can affect the quality of treatment is the choice made by most merchants who rush to purchase cheap green coffee (bringing only profit), without considering its freshness (many varieties sitting in farm warehouses for even 6-7 years before being put up for sale), without considering the degree of coffee contamination with fertilizers and other substances specific to mass production, even commercializing inferior coffee varieties (intensively used in pill production) on the grounds that they have slightly more chlorogenic acid in concentration, not taking into account many other substances present here in large quantities that our body doesn't know how to digest or assimilate easily.

We also provide for your information two beneficial methods of preparing green coffee infusion, with the mention that we advise you to consult a doctor before starting the cure and to keep in mind that the product, natural, contains approximately 1% caffeine. We recommend starting with infusing the minimum amount of green coffee, namely:

35g (approx. 4 heaping teaspoons), then gradually increasing the amount up to a maximum of 57g (after one week use 5 heaping teaspoons, and from the third week maximum 6 heaping teaspoons until the end... the cure lasts minimum 4, maximum 6 weeks).

The amount of water will always be 340ml.

You can resume the cure after a minimum 2-week break.

Preparation variants:

  1. Quick variant Grind coarsely, to the consistency of bran, between 35 and 57g green coffee (see the above instructions) and put in an enameled pot with 340ml distilled water for food use, or spring or well water, not from the tap, cover and put on fire. When it starts to boil, reduce the flame to minimum and let it boil gently for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it infuse for one hour to one and a half hours. Strain and divide the quantity in two.
  2. Slow variant (more beneficial!) Put in an enameled pot, or heat-resistant glass, between 35 and 57 grams of green coffee (see the above instructions), coarsely ground, and add 340 milliliters of boiled flat water. Cover and let it infuse for 8-10 hours. Then strain and divide the quantity in two. Consume one part half an hour before breakfast and half an hour before lunch. It can also be lightly sweetened with palm sugar and even with a little addition of plant milk (soy, almond or rice). And another option, with multiple extra benefits, add a teaspoon of ginger to the infusion. Ideally, during the cure you should also exercise, adopting a healthy diet in which you replace sweets with fruits, only lean meat (chicken, fish, beef), no alcohol, and the only fat should be only small amounts of unrefined, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil.
